Meet Dr. Samuel P. Popinchalk

Orthopedic Spine Surgeon

Dr. Samuel Popinchalk is a board eligible orthopaedic surgeon with subspecialty training in spine surgery. Dr. Popinchalk specializes in the complete orthopaedic surgical care of adolescents and adults. His interests include the surgical treatment of conditions affecting the spine utilizing the latest minimally invasive techniques, as well as, orthopaedic trauma surgery.

Dr. Popinchalk earned his medical degree from the Tulane University School of Medicine in New Orleans, LA and completed his Orthopaedic Surgery Residency at the Temple University Hospital in Philadelphia, PA. He completed a fellowship in adult spine surgery at the University of Miami Hospital & Jackson Memorial Hospital, Miami, FL, and received additional fellowship training in pediatric spine surgery at Nicklaus Miami Children’s Hospital, Miami, FL. He is a Fellow of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgery and a member of the North American Spine Society.
